What does Web 2.0 mean for our organisation? The phrase is being
increasingly used, but often with little understanding of what it means.
Web 2.0 offers genuine interactivity. In other words, it's a two-way
process which enables us to build communities, engage in dialogue and
enrich experiences. This can include websites, YouTube, MySpace, Second
Life, Facebook, podcasts wikis RSS feeds. This is not about adding
'digital' to what we do. It's about changing the way we do things as
this is what our audiences are doing. And it doesn't need to be
expensive or difficult...
