Tenacious Women

What does it mean to be a woman with a northern accent in leadership settings in 2021? A panel of tenacious women come together to share their experiences and offer advice and inspiration.

With a special focus on arts, media and politics, this panel features Helen Thomas, Head of BBC Radio 2, Sharon Watson (Principal of the Northern School of Contemporary Dance), Lisa Holdsworth (award-winning TV and Theatre writer), Hannah Peel (Emmy-nominated and RTS winning composer), Tracy Brabin (Labour and Co-operative Mayor of West Yorkshire), and is chaired by our Artist Director Esther Richardson.

This event is hosted live on Zoom Webinar and you’ll receive a link to join a couple of days before it takes place. During the event, you can ask questions via a Q&A function but audience cameras and microphones will remain muted throughout.

Date: Wednesday 16 June
Time: 7.45pm to 9.15pm
